The workshop "HAMLET PLUS: Enhancement of the Territory through Innovative Cultural and Environmental Management Tools" will take place on November 8th at the CNA Bari headquarters, in Nicola Tridente, 2/bis Street. Organized within the framework of the HAMLET PLUS project, funded by the Interreg IPA CBC Italy-Albania-Montenegro Programme, the event represents a significant step towards enhancing the local territory through the implementation of new tools for cultural and environmental heritage management.
The opening of the event will be enriched by the presence of Antonella Gernone, Secretary of CNA Bari, who will welcome the participants and provide a brief description of the organization's important role in promoting artisanal activities and the typical traditions of Puglia. Following this, Loredana Campanelli, President of the Union Commerce & Tourism CNA Puglia, will share further perspectives on the value and importance of enhancing the cultural and tourist heritage of the region.
Next, Grazia Petrosino, European Projects Coordinator at CNA Bari, will present the main results achieved by the Hamlet project and outline the capitalization actions planned for Hamlet Plus. Participants will have the opportunity to fully understand the impact of the Hamlet project and get a preview of the upcoming phases, which will build upon the solid foundations of the results obtained.
Among the other highlights of the workshop, there will be a presentation by Edisona Abedini, an Albanian tour operator, who will discuss the evolution of tourism in Albania, providing a glimpse into the future of the sector at an international level.
The following sessions will focus on the application of Storytelling and Storydoing techniques, providing participants with practical tools and concrete examples of how to make a territory attractive through engaging digital storytelling. Leading these sessions will be speaker Manila Benedetto, an expert in the field of digital storytelling techniques.
In the afternoon, Maria Chiarazzo will share valuable insights on the strategic use of social media to promote local craftsmanship. Through Meta campaigns, organic content, and influencer marketing, attendees will learn how to highlight the unique aspects of local artisanal realities, harnessing the virality of social networks.
Throughout the day, there will be a space for the voices of local artisans, who will share their entrepreneurial experiences, offering inspiration and practical knowledge to tackle the challenges of the sector.
The workshop will conclude with a discussion session, allowing participants to interact directly with experts, fostering the exchange of ideas and insights.
Open to artisanal and/or local businesses, tourism operators, and anyone interested in the topics discussed, the event represents a unique opportunity to learn, share, and connect with the stakeholders involved in the enhancement of the territory and local artisanal activities.
