The Adriatic Festival was organized during at three-day stretch,by Ministry of Culture of Albania, from 13th till 15th of November Gjirokastra. The first day of the festival saw the introduction of tour operators and local associations. They presented various itineraries and tourist packages (including culture, cuisine, handicrafts) in order to promote tourism and revitalize villages. Performances of artisans were organized aiming to highlight their products and profession. A very important part of the festival agenda was the historical re-enactment, with the support of cultural associations, thanks to which inherited traditions and customs were acknowledged.

"HAMLET- Highlighting Artisanal Manufacturing, cuLture and Eco Tourism" project aims to strengthen cooperation and networking between Italy, Albania and Montenegro, bringing to the same standard the level of products and services offered, reunited under a unique cross-border brand identity, able to identify the specifics of the Adriatic area and for this purpose is planned the organization of the Adriatic Festival. This festival will be a reflection of the results from all the previous activities.
